Objective

On November 16, 2016, the City Council adopted Resolution 16-58 establishing the Public Financing Authority (PFA) as the governing board of the Enhanced Infrastructure Financing Districts (EIFD). The EIFD PFA consists of three members of the City Council and two members of the public. The EIFD PFA membership is subject to compliance with the requirements of Chapter 2.20 of the City's Municipal Code.
